These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 288pk website at https://288pk.org, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 288pk Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 288pk platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. 288pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

288pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, Passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 288pk account. Account Currency

All 288pk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in PKR. Where a payment is received in another currency, it will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 288pk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee to dormant accounts, the details of which will be communicated to you via the email address registered on your account prior to any deduction being made. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting our support team.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 288pk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure, you may request withdrawal of that balance subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 4. Accounts that are subject to open bonus wagering requirements may have the bonus balance forfeited upon voluntary closure.

288pk accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 288pk account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. 288pk does not charge any fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements met before the bonus or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of the withdrawal request.
• 288pk reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for larger amounts.

Processing times are typically within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, within 1–3 business days for HBL and UBL bank transfers, and within 24 hours for USDT TRC20 withdrawals. These timeframes are indicative and may vary.

288pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit during the promotional period.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without compensation.
• 288pk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a player's participation in a promotion, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any conduct intended to exploit the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their applicable wagering cycle.

Wagering Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to bonus wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward any wagering requirement.

All wagers placed on 288pk are subject to the general betting and gaming rules set out in this clause, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

Sportsbook

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 288pk system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. Odds offered at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes to the market. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

288pk reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict market access, or suspend betting on any event at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, system errors, or insufficient liquidity in a market.

Casino Games

The outcome of each game is determined by the game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 288pk has no ability to influence game outcomes. System Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 288pk reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 288pk will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a player's reliance on erroneous information displayed due to a system error.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 288pk platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering or operating more than one account
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the platform software
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games or poker formats
• Attempting to launder money or use 288pk for any purpose connected with financial crime
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or accepting deposits from third parties into your account
• Conducting arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome

288pk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
